Olga Nikitina
Olga is a Professional Visitation Monitor. She was born and raised in Russia before moving to Mexico in 2005 and lived there for eight years.
Olga earned four master's degrees. Three of them are related to psychology. She earned a master's degree at the Institute of Law, MA Clinical Psychology in Moscow, Russia. Second and third master's degrees in Amberton University, MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, MA in Professional Counseling in Garland, Texas. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of April West, LPC-S. Olga's clinical experience and interest include working with adults and children from 4 years old to couples. In Therapy, her focus has been on Anxiety, Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Codependency, Relationships, Self-Esteem, Boundaries, Focus Concerns, Grief and Self-
Confidence and many other hindrances inhibit us from reaching our best potential and enjoying life. Olga specializes in relationship concerns, anxiety, grief, depression, and focus concerns. She uses CBT techniques, EMDR, Art and Sand Therapy, and Narrative. Olga has been practicing as a therapist since 2005 in Mexico, and since this year, she began her practice in the US. She speaks fluently in Russian, Spanish, and English. Olga works with clients in person and online.
